ABSTRAK Kelapa sawit adalah salah satu komoditas perkebunan yang terus berkembang di Indonesia. Pabrik kelapa mengolah buah menjadi Crude Palm Oil (CPO) dan juga menghasilkan 75% limbah (padat cair). Limbah ini isu lingkungan memerlukan penanganan serius. Seiring perkembangan zaman meningkatnya kesadaran untuk pelestarian lingkungan, pengolahan hal sangat penting saat ini. Tujuan dari selain mencegah kerusakan memaksimalkan zero waste . Pemanfaatan bahan bermanfaat dilakukan mengurangi dampak negatif bagi mewujudkan industri berwawasan lingkungan. pabrik berupa padat cair. cangkang, serat ( fiber ) dimanfaatkan kembali bakar, sedangkan tandan kosong kompos, baku kertas pakan ternak. cair akan diolah IPAL (Instalasi air limbah) selanjutnya dikembalikan ke lahan land application ).
